Examination results can be checked through multiple convenient methods:
- Online Portal: Visit our official website homepage, navigate to the "Results" section, select your exam type (Matric / Intermediate / Annual / Supplementary), and enter your Roll Number for instant detailed marks results.
- SMS Service: Send your Roll Number via SMS to the official Board code (e.g., 80029) from any mobile network to receive your result summary instantly.
- Result Gazette: Download the complete official Gazette in searchable PDF format directly from our downloads center on result declaration day.
To apply for a correction of personal particulars (candidate name, father's name, or date of birth), submit an online application via the One-Window E-Services Portal or visit the facilitation center in person.
Required supporting documents include:
- Original and copy of previous Certificate or Result Card.
- Attested NADRA Birth Certificate or Computerized B-Form / CNIC.
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / Admission Withdrawal Register entry attested by the Head of Institution and District Education Officer (DEO).
- Paid fee challan receipt for the correction service.
Whenever you submit an online or one-window application (such as duplicate certificates, verifications, migration, or NOC), a unique Tracking ID (Diary / Application Number) is generated on your acknowledgment receipt.
Navigate to our Online Application Tracking page, enter your Tracking ID and CNIC/B-Form number, and you will see the real-time processing status, designated department, dealing officer, and expected delivery date.
To generate and print an official bank fee challan:
- Visit the E-Challan Generator on our official portal.
- Select the required service category (e.g., Admission Fee, Verification, Duplicate Certificate, Migration / NOC, Rechecking).
- Fill in the applicant's personal information (Name, Father's Name, CNIC / B-Form, Registration Number).
- Click Generate Challan to download the pre-filled 3-copy PDF challan (Bank Copy, Board Copy, Applicant Copy).
You can deposit the fee at any designated HBL, NBP, or MCB branch, or pay digitally via 1Link, mobile banking apps, and supported digital wallets.
